The Darby Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hear an appeal on Monday, June 15, 2026 at 6:30pm. The meeting will be held at the Darby Township Hall, 508 4th Street, Unionville Center.
Winson Snelling, 11600 SR 736, Marysville, OH, is requesting the approval of a variance for the reduction of the setback requirement for an accessory building which will be used for storage and housing a car. The required setback would result in moving a fence around the and reduction of the size of a play area. Other areas of the parcel contain a gas line/easement and septic system. The request is seeking a variance of 27 feet.

The Darby Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hear an appeal on Monday, June 15, 2026 at 7:30pm. The meeting will be held at the Darby Township Hall, 508 4th Street, Unionville Center.
Hillary Carlson, 9976 SR 736, Plain City, OH, is requesting a Conditional Use permit to erect a horse riding facility to be used for boarding horses and conducting riding lessons. The facility will be 136 ft. x 250 ft.
